International Competition

The Guernsey Photography Festival and Raven Russia Ltd organise a major international photography competition every two years with the chance to win £5,000 and an opportunity to exhibit at the next Guernsey Photography Festival.

There are 3 categories

International Photography Prize: £5,000

International Student Prize: £1,000

Local Student Prize: £500

The 2015 competition received over 650 entries from 56 different countries.

The jury panel included Emma Bowkett (Director of Photography at Financial Times Magazine), Mark Power (Magnum Photographer) and Jean-Christophe Godet (Founder/Director Guernsey Photography Festival)

The winner of the 2015 competition will be announced during the opening weekend.

The competition is open to all photographers, professionals and amateurs alike, who have developed a coherent, artistically driven body of work. There is no set theme.
